All papers submitted to Advanced Applied Geology are subject to a double-blind peer reviewing procedure, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. To facilitate this, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity.
Our editorial decision on each article is based on initial editor processing and refereeing by expert reviewers. Review times often differ depending on the subject area of the paper. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original contributions, and must not be under consideration for publication with another journal, nor have been previously published, in part or whole.
