Abstract

Chemical investigation of pyroxene and plagioclase minerals in determining the tectonic and geothermometric origin of the Haidari magmatic rocks , north of Shahrekord, Sanandaj-Sirjan Zone
The study area is located in the middle part of the Sanandaj-Sirjan zone, and in the north of Shahrekord. There are basalt, andesite –basaltic , andesite, gabbro and diorite. The petrography study indicate to the main minerals such as plagioclase, olivin, pyroxene, amphibole, and biotite, esphen, opaque and calcite as accessory minerals.mineral chemistry of pyroxenes show that it is augite type with composition :Fs 13.72-17.48 En 43.01-45.63 Wo 37.32-40.07 Also, the mineral chemistry of plagioclase indicte to andesine to labradorite type with composition of An 33.17-57.01 Ab 41.08-62.71 Or 0.98-4.9. base on the thermobarometry of the Clinopyroxene minerals, these minerlars are formed in the 1200 to 1300ºC and an average pressure of 6 to 10 kbar. The results of mineral chemistry of clinopyroxenes of magmatic rocks of Haidari indicate to formed these rocks with the calc-alkaline nature in subduction zone.
