Abstract

In order to  reduce  permeability of dam site and its consolidation, grouting procedure in rock masses is important in industrial building dam. In order to grouting performance necessary a comprehensive program based on engineering geology of rock masses and available data that design grouting has been submitted. Regarding to site conditions flowcharts has been presented. In this flowchats grouting conditions of rockmasses and improvement methods has been determined. Finally the foundamental parameters of grouting such as: the viscosity of injected grout (design grout), volume grout and maximum pressure of grout, using  lugeon results, SPI and RQD recommended. Regarding to paper application, it is necessary to mationed that through this paper it could be estimate grout volume and grout pressure and performance to predict the grout viscose.
