The simulation of the most important drainage basin in the Middle East, which consists of six reservoir dams with a cumulative PV capacity of over 10500MW, was the goal of this study. The simulations of the groundwater and surface water resources were carried out separately by using the MODFLOW and WEAP models and coupling these models with a link file. The multi-objective function optimization process, which involved the maximization of the supply of hydropower and demand and minimization of aquifer drawdown, was carried out using the NSGA-II genetic algorithm. Afterward, all the system and policy components influencing the integrated water resources system were assessed. These components included inter-basin water transfer, combined use of water resources, variation of irrigation network efficiencies, and the effect of water shortage, According to the model results, the inter-basin water transfer with a scenario of 1.5 billion cubic meters increase will reduce about 10% of the average annual production of hydropower in the basin. Finally, the model showed the best scenario for attaining the CDM objectives.}, keywords = {Clean Development Mechanism,Hydroelectricity,WEAP,MODFLOW,NSGA-II genetic algorithm}, title_fa = {شبیه‌سازی و بهینه‌سازی چند‌منظوره تلفیقی آب سطحی و زیرزمینی بر اساس مکانیسم توسعه پاک و کاهش انتشار گازهای گلخانه‌ای}, abstract_fa = {توسعه آب محور کشورها مستلزم توجه به مقررات مکانیسم توسعه پاک (CDM) با مدیریت یکپارچه منابع آب (IWRM ) است. شبیه‌سازی مهمترین حوزه آبریز خاورمیانه با دارا بودن شش سد مخزنی با ظرفیت تجمعی نیروگاهی بیش از ده هزار و پانصد مگاوات در این تحقیق مورد نظر بوده است. شبیه‌سازی آب زیرزمینی و سطحی جداگانه با دو مدل MODFLOW و WEAP و کوپل کردن آنها با فایل لینکی انجام گردید. فرایند بهینه‌سازی تابع چندهدفه شامل تامین حداکثری مصارف و انرژی برقابی و حداقل نمودن افت آبخوان‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک الگوریتم ژنتیکNSGA-II انجام شد. در این راستا تمامی مولفه‌های سیستمی و سیاستی اثرگذار بر سامانه تلفیقی منابع آب ارزیابی گردید. این مولفه‌ها شامل انتقال آب بین‌حوضه‌ای، افزایش مصارف، استفاده تلفیقی منابع آب و تغییر راندمان شبکه‌های آبیاری و اثر کم آبی بودند که در قالب سناریوهایی مقایسه گردیدند. بر اساس نتایج مدل، انتقال آب بین حوضه‌ای با سناریو افزایش 5/1 میلیارد مترمکعب باعث کاهش حدود 10 درصد از میانگین سالانه‌ تولید انرژی برقابی در حوضه می‌شود. در نهایت مدل بهترین سناریو در دستیابی به اهداف CDM را ارائه داد.}, keywords_fa = {مکانیسم توسعه پاک,انرژی برقابی,WEAP,MODFLOW,الگوریتم ژنتیک NSGA-II}, url = {https://aag.scu.ac.ir/article_16264.html}, eprint = {https://aag.scu.ac.ir/article_16264_47ddb2d833be42ff6e6095cec82578cd.pdf} }
